Kekhrie Foundation is an offspring of Kripa Foundation working closely associated with HIV/AIDS. Kekhrie (meaning Love)’s the word because the need to have a localized organization for a cause as genuine as combating HIV has also come to surface.

Seeing the impact of drug addiction and alcoholism in the Naga society, which also makes it conducive for the rapid and rampant spread of HIV/AIDS, a group of passionate people came together to form ‘Kekhrie Foundation’ with a vision to reach out to the affected Nagas. It came into existence in the year 2000 and is registered under the Society Registration Act on the 2nd of November 2001.

The Foundation is working effortlessly and closely with the PLHIV for the past 10 decades by providing Care and Support to the affected and afflicted families and their children within Kohima district.
